I don't know.. I have a feeling that the mistress could really be that betrayed sister the short-haired girl is taking revenge for. She said she didn't see her face in a while, which implies she possibly would not recognise her. The sister could put herself together, change her image and planned a revenge on her own. Her behaviour is not normal for a mistress and the look on her face is honestly disturbing, like she's not in her right mind. In that dress scene she gave me a real psycho vibe. Like she planned to literally replace the wife and take everything form her, like in her mind she took everything from her in the past. Just wait a minute and we'll see that she replaced the wife's face on that wedding picture with her own xD
