i think in korea dreaming about a golden apple or a dragon means theyre conceiving a child... so the baby only appeared like that in his dreams

It was said earlier in the series that the royal family has the blood/magic of dragons which is how they're able to impregnate men. It's a baby dragon cuz it's a baby royal.
