To press charges, the real name is needed (home address is not necessary). She just want to scare future translators /uploader.
I mean, if she enlists the help of *a particular website represented by a 4 leafed clover* it won't be hard to track down the guys identity just from facial features and visual clues. The people there have done it before. I doubt the author is smart enough to do that though.
I'm confused, how is finding uploader's home address able to help lower the cost from 6M won to 4M won? /gq
