I read some spoilers on reviews of the novel and the main villain is Chloe, the FL of the novel after the author made Noella the villain. She's very ambitious and power hungry and wants to marry the Crown Prince (the ML aka Knight Captain Killian and so she plots against our MC. She even manipulates Noella and uses her as a weapon (Noella thinks Chloe is her best friend).
According to the review spoilers it seems like Noella ends up getting memories of the original story/the fact that the world is a novel and then teams up with the MC to fight against Chloe.
So our main villain here is the og heroine 'Chloe' she's the duke adoptive daughter and the crown princess candidate, the duke that adopted her is quite powerful.
