I don't know if they will get back together but I doubt( I think he might ends up with the fuck buddy) since I couldn't understand what they were saying but from my understanding of a what a friend who could read and and understand what they were saying is that it was their final goodbye and when I went back to mangago to read some chapters for my better understanding of the story, what my friend was saying made sense to me since everything was even clear just from looking at the cover you will see it's not the ex but the fuck buddy and even from the title"ways of parting" and if you've read the story somehow you figure out the story is about the ending of him and ex's relationship.

I know most of you wouldn't agree with me but throughout the story I was really hoping for him and the ex seme to get back together but now I realize how stupid I was because just by reading the title i should have understood the story was all about how a beautiful story of two people who were madly in love for so long and care for each but due to circumstances suffered because of their relationship and their beautiful story finally ends in an unclear way. How they finally find a way to say goodbye to each other in a peaceful way.
