It is a bit unfair but i think the granddad wanted him to stop being a bystander whenever ballsack does bad things and instead stand up and defend the weaker people. I do hope they get separated from each other bc i can see that Asteliu(sp??) seems softhearted and is just influenced by that spawn of the devil
I think its appropriate, since knights are not supposed to be just bystanders. Knights are supposed to have a resolve and dignity

How come the kid who didn’t even injure Tia end up with the worst punishment I’m starting to feel bad for him since he technically is being forced to stay with that bratty kid who’s delusional thinking he’s all that and he didn’t even feel any remorse! Can u imagine
