can someone explain the two chapters (135-136) to me?

Basically the company delta prime, (in which kyuho and kangha want to buy) says they are making money off whatever is in the warehouse but as we just saw there is nothing in the warehouse so that means the company is a massive fraud and is getting money illegally.
