Should I read the novel first ? Or it's OK if i Start reading this ?

its better to start here and then the novel...well for me atleast. I started here then got curious, i cant wait to see what's next sooooooo.

imo start here and get familiar with the names then you can move on to the novel

idk unless they have like bulk updates ever at this rate it's literally goign to take the manhwa like 10 more years to finish.. as a novel reader ill gladly read it throughout the years but imo reading the novel doesnt detract from my enjoyment
