I know the introduction had something along th lines of the mcs neighbor is a gigolo (meaning has a lot of sexfriends, i think) and the walls are thin so he hears EVERYTHINF. Also the mc has a crush on his friend but he has a girlfriend and at some point mcs friends asks mc if he could borrow his apartment literally for sex. And neighbor becomes the mcs bf by the end of it
