I would say it’s the past, as in a “past life” because the lifeline shes living now is different from the first one she lived. #－.－)
I would say past because they are creating a new future.
You would know the future of your life because of your past. But, the future can change if you deviate your current life with the knowledge of your past.
So, her past life is still considered past since that is already cemented. She knows the future because of her past life, but she can change the future with the knowledge of future events of her past life.
So yeah, this is just like what happened in the past.
