Just hold the photo and download it. If you are in PC, right click the photo and then select "Save as". Although both ways take time because you have to download each Page. And one chapter has from 7 to sometimes 20 pages, depending how the uploader cup the pannels
I mean, I won't share my files with anyone and after the last uploaded chapter, I'll try reading on Lezhin (I didn't know you can ear coins on monday, wednesday and friday)
