It is the same for every country which had a hard time closing illegal sites.
Because they cant. If they call out the korean illegal sites they can be counter sue by the illegal site for "defamation" and theres no specific law for digital piracy in sokor
Yeah i was curious about this too. And why only this website? Because there's tons of illegal websites, and in different language too. Maybe because this website got so popular in other platform that people gradually knew about it.
