It was a two - shot. The story wasn't meant to be any longer than two chapters, so obviously it won't have the best plots. As someone who buys all of her work, she's prone to making oneshot / two - shot stories.
Maybe because from the very beginning they have the hots for each other and are actualy mutually hoping for sex
