the author said season 2 is for huilin and that we will get to know more abt her as a person. maybe the author was never supposed to give us a hint at the start to what she would be like in the future tho i have a hunch that she'd become an obsessive ex before season 2 even started.
as per what happened in chapter 59, i don't think it was supposed to go that way either. maybe huilin thought that it wouldn't be a problem if jaehee woke up because she'll eventually give in for the sex but nope. that sudden "we are over" might've shocked her cuz that was the first time jaehee told her that.
I agree and plus her character could’ve changed over time. Jahee has slept with her WHILE in a relationship and gave into what huilin was doing. Huilin was so used to just taking control that when Jahee said that, it triggered her because she saw that Jahee wasn’t playing into her games anymore and had moved on. Also, Huilin did do small things to make it seem that they were still in a “relationship” like that. In my eyes, both are really feeling the aftermath of their relationship but Hulin is taking it differently than Jahee in a since that she still wants control over her.
she's been so caught up in the past that she thought jaehee will never change. well, if jaehee can love another person, it wouldn't be hard for huilin to find someone else too.
omg the comments are a warzone. can i just say though, for the people who are calling huilin obsessive and crazy… sulhwa has been obsessed with jaehee for years and years as well, and acts like an overbearing puppy. i think the author is fairly inconsistent with their characters, and huilin has not shown signs/traits like these… ever. she has constantly portrayed an understanding of bdsm, and has done things in support of jaehee, even if it was in the wrong way. this is way out of left field, and if this is how the author wanted huilin to be like, they should have characterized that properly from the start. it’s strange. i know people won’t agree bc for some reason people realllllly like sulhwa even though she is extremely childish and inexperienced in general. but i think we can all agree that none of us expected huilin to r*pe jaehee so outrightly because… no one in this story has been characterized as a r*pist. jealous and selfish maybe! but i can’t see any of these characters being this unhinged. they both love jaehee and neither of them would do this to her
