Thanks so much for translating! Just in terms of the 500 million soldiers part, I'm fairly sure it is supposed to just be the 500 soldiers. I'm not sure how it's worded is in the language you guys are translating from, but in the Korean raws although it's written as 오백만 which can be 500 million, i think it's the alternative use of 만 here (given that they didn't write the counter 명 following it) it seems to be more worded as 오백'만' as in "if you could 'just' send 500 soldiers/'only' 500 soldiers (then that's sufficient)", especially since a few speech bubbles earlier they discuss 500 soldiers (오백) :)
