This is really interesting. I'm really curious about the past emperor specially his thoughts after Yeo Dam died. I want to know more about his thought process because we can speculate that the reason why he's like that in the past timeline is his upbringing. Pretty sure that he doesn't now about vulnerability and suffering as he is born superior to the people around him. The way they educated him is probably full of "how to be stronger" and stuff because that's how most of these goes and the "your feelings will just serve as your weakness" and blah blah is surely present lmao. We can see a major difference between the emperor in the past timeline and this present one. Main factor of this difference is his upbringing, because Yeo Dam is the one who raised him and showed him the normal people's way of living which is really unfamiliar to him. All in all, I just really want to know more about the emperor in the past timeline. What made him come up with that kind of bullshit (probably obsession) and stuff.
