It's complete in spanish! The page on facebook is called "Quiero volver Fujoshi a mi mejor amiga" they're also in Tumblr now for some troubles with the censure. They're translating the spin off of this one and some more omegaverse.

This is complete, if I remember correctly there's a page on facebook where they posted everything translated (I don't remember the name of the page or if it's translated to spanish or english though :/).
Anyway, I found it googling it.
