I mean... The reason is explained in the story. Woojin reminded him of the worst day of his life (his mom and his only friend disappeared on the same day when he was like 10 ffs) and he was also afraid of just getting hurt (being abandoned by him once again). He was also conflicted because on one hand he met his most important person after so long, but on the other hand that guy has changed a lot and Taemin's last memory of him is Woojin leaving without a word.
The MC is annoying me to dead why can’t he just say who he is to ML and solve thing out rather than brush it off like an idiot
