Not really... I have a lot of mothers absolutely clueless and asked their others for so much help for their first child. And the MC is quite childish so it Is understandable with how this is progressing

It's not just because they are both rich, I included never lifting a finger - which means never having to work for anything. Kyungjoo, despite being rich, was raised to be responsible and all, while Wooyoung was spoiled through and through. And please read the previous convos why instinct was ever mentioned.
But he is reckless. That is part of his character. It wouldn't just change in a snap. Besides he actually didn't do anything wrong, he just panicked. Guess this is a spoiler but I don't exactly remember why he had to go to ER. I think it was just a slight fever.
