No, that isn’t being kept as hostage. Hostage is when you kidnap someone (forced) in order to get a certain benefit/thing in exchange. Suha willingly stayed even though Jiwoon was being toxic about that situation. He could’ve left anytime but he listened to Jiwoon as he loves him and cares for Jiwoon.
True! And I feel like Jiwoon didn't *lock him up* but he was feeling and behaving strangely for sure. Like, if Jiwoon did that, Suha wouldn't be able to open the door... idk
True. Jiwoon did make Suha stay home but not locked locked, the door was unlock-able all along. Jiwoon trusts Suha, and if he didn’t trust him completely, he would’ve changed the door.
“Hostage” was a strong word, i meant more being kept isolated. But yes Jiwoon trusted Suha wouldn’t go out, but that ended up being his downfall. Thank you for your summary in an earlier comment by the way, it was extremely helpful.
