You responded by indicating that Aoi committed suicide, but that was not the impression I got when reading this story.
While Aoi tried to kill himself, because Shiina took the time to bandage his neck, it seemed more like Aoi had tried and failed. It appeared to me as though Shiina was merely having sex with an unconscious Aoi who had passed out from blood loss. At the same time, I concede you could interpret Aoi as having succeeded in taking his life and being dead when Shiina has sex with him.
In the very last panel it did look like Shiina intended to commit suicide, but that wasn't who the original question was about.
Also, necrophilia refers to a psychological disorder in which people are aroused by or attracted to corpses. Yes, necrophiliacs often fantasize about sex with the deceased, but the term is much broader than that.
