you have to open the t a p a s through the website first and then click the discover button until you see an option says "mature". there you can see some mature content books and click on the book that you want to read, and subscribe it! you have to verify your age tho but after you subscribe it, you can open the app again and go to you subscribe library and boom!! banana scandal will be there ^^

too bad you can only use the code when you want to sign up for an account on t a p a s, but you can also give people your code to someone so you can get 500 inks too! but you can use my method tho, ask your friends to download t a p a s too and tell them to use your code! if you ask 2 of your friends to do that and you will get 1000 inks in a short time! then your friends can uninstall t a p a s after helping you :D
