i think it's safe to infer he knew (they have not actually confirmed this) because he saw his pictures in the yearbook. don't remember how long ago he actually looked at the yearbook though. and tbh it is a difficult situation because i can imagine how hard it would be to just bring that up out of the blue.
NOT defending his actions as a tutor though because he kissed a literal child wtf god i want someone to tell me Hyuk wasn't a minor when this happened but pretty sure he was ://
