I think it's actually pretty realistic since most omegaverse say that there are 80/90% bêtas in the world so omegas and alphas are pretty rare, you wont get your alpha love story since most people are betas ╮(￣▽￣)╭
Pffft. The omegaverse version was only a page because omegaverse stories are almost always about alphas and omegas (or betas turning into one of the two) so normal-ass mob betas have no story. Amazing. I love it. As always, I have zero complaints with this manga.
