Well I don’t remember seeing that, thoughts don’t really matter if the action/decision is different. Many people have several kinds of thoughts whether they’re good or bad. The only thing that matters is which one they acted on.

If you truly could read the mind of every person you knew in real life, you would always be wondering if they were really a good person due to many fleeting thoughts. However, the only way you can judge them is what they choose to do.
Example: if a guy really wants to have sex with his girlfriend. He sometimes thinks if he should just tell her he wants to do it. However he decides to wait until she’s ready and asks him instead.
