No I think they were holding each other's hands because Yoon decided to stay friends with teajoo from now on

In the latest chapter of krn ver. After yoon and taejoo broke up, yoon went to kwon's place and told him that he's still not ready for commitment and rejected him. Tho kwon insisted that he still want yoon and wants to be in a relationship, yoon told him that he doesnt want to hurt the people he loved just because of his selfishness. Kwon asked yoon if he wont regret his decision and yoon apologized to kwon. So yeh, for now no more relationship.
