As many time has shown, rourou has the ability to change the destiny of a person. As he could see red strings of fate and helped in yiyi's survival/living. Also bighead wasn't supposed to be born, but he born and bc of rourou's emotional connection w yiyi is more, he became attached to bighead and named him (as he wasn't supposed to be born aka rourou has big part in bighead's destiny too)
don't forget the great grandpa! he's severely sick ang rourou saw his sickness as an entangled mess of thread around the grandpa's body which he carefully removed everytime he's visiting the grandpa in the hospital so the grandpa recovered even if feng jingyao's uncle secretly colluded with the doctor about the grandpa's treatment and the grandpa saw rourou in his dreams as an angel
Absolutely. And as great grandpa stated before when jinyao was going to introduced rourou to him that he has some sort of great destiny.
