
The uke envisioned the girl prostitute who told him to come closer to her to the past of when his mother tried to kill him because he was a monster/wasn't born normal. Hence the shaking and throwing up he did at the end. He has a trauma and was reminded that no one will ever love him for who he is because of his face/his mom trying to kill him in the flashback when he was little as shown. So I think he basially saw the mother in the girl prostitute, even if she wasn't her and snapped back to reality/the truth he told himself of never finding love in his life. That's what I got, correct me if I am wrong.
