shes clearly trans, not every character who “battles gender norms” by dressing up as the opposite gender has to be nonbinary, give trans ppl some representation

not at all. they are different spectrum. trans ppl are ppl whose gender identity is different from the gender they were thought to be at birth while non binary ppl is an umbrella term for people whose gender identity doesn’t sit comfortably with ‘man’ or ‘woman’

i thought they were considered trans since you cant be assigned non binary at birth, since you can’t be “born” non binary doesn’t that mean that identifying as it would make your gender identity different from your sex/gender assigned at birth and make you trans? i’m non-binary myself and call myself trans since that’s not the gender i was assigned with
non binary people can be considered trans but its completely up to them. I don't know what the person you replied to is talking about....
