Honestly, I'm worried about both the plot and the design-
I mean manhwas are supposed to be visually appealing with consistent performance and a good plot- which I think is going a little down hill.

I don't understand why people are calling him ugly though?
He is good looking with some very nice features on his face. Not to mention his personality which makes him even more attractive.
Seems like the newer generation of manhwa readers prefer visually pleasing superficial characters instead of appreciating the personality and characteristics of the person.
The same reason why these people most likely get cheated on, abused and probably will never find true love too.

In conclusion to all the accusations this is what I meant
- I appreciate the personality of the Grand Duke, he really seeks a closer bond with Alexa and makes sure that others do not trample on her, showing us that he is not only loyal but also understanding.
- when I said that Manhwas, should be visually appealing, I didn't mean the characters. I mean the art style should be consistent. The artists isn't very consistent with his/her/their body proportions, facial expressions and features. I believe there is room for improvement
- Plot wise, I've read better manhwas over the last 10 years. While this manhwa left a very strong impression on me initially, perhaps the developing relationship between the Duke and Alexa is just too flawless in my opinion. Like the humane factors of a relationship is not shown, however, I do understand that it's just the start of the plot. Lastly, I do appreciate the message of how physical beauty is the general basis of how one's perception is aligned and why that thinking is unacceptable.

they all have legendary stories, characters, plot, etc. But the arts probably not the best, but you get used to it, so the arts doesn’t bother you anymore.
