idk frfr i THINK it might mean only people with existing accounts would be able to use the site but im not sure so dont take my word for it im just guessing
In my brainless mind ,, i would say that once this website goes private ,, the ones who with accounts are the only one who be able to acsess it ? Or probably the one with a year or months old accs ,, (i hope this make sense thou skskskskskkj )ヾ(☆▽☆)

Uhh it’s as the others said and makes sense for the recent drama but mangago makes money by the adds that people get directed to when they arent logged in so dunno how that would be possible
