Here's some of the dialog:
"I like it when you're rough" "I only have eyes for Nagi" "good boy isagi, I'll give you a headpat later" "I'm gonna come, shit, that's the stuff" "we've only tied the game, don't blow your load yet"
They're just playing football btw. Which makes it even funnier.
Others will say it'd cringe but tbh I find it very amusing. I recommend watching the anime first and then continuing the Manga but you do you.
