Technically the manhua is completed at 259 chapters, the main storyline anyways, but the artist of the MDZS Manhua was releasing a chapter of one of the NSFW chapter extras from the novel. But beyond that, I don't think they'll be doing any of the other extra chapters from the novel. I think this one NSFW chapter was more of a treat for the fans of the series.
