I‘m so bad with names but I mean the „son“. They just said that MC‘s dad dated the mother so maybe it’s actually the son of the women and MC‘s father. That would make them half brothers who f!ck (I‘m sorry that was so confusing)

Lol no the guy he calls father is the mafia boss , I think he took those three in his gang that's why they probably call him father is my theory.
