May i add, after he promised the student, his lover, to cut all contact and ignore him. He still cheated and proceeded to lie to his face multiple times about the cheating. He got his answer with the help of the ex lover.
If they make up in 2 chapters, after what the professor chose to cheat with his ex lover ( on a day the two of them had plans to go on a date), i call this bullshit. The student deserves better. The teacher cant act like the victim here, im sorry. He knew the consequences of his actions and choose to proceed. He deserves to suffer and to try his best to make things better. But their relationship would never be the same. At this point, i think its better for both of them to take a break and for the professor to try his hardest to regain his " lover" trust.
And it looks like a they needed was 4 chapters and one " i love you". The professor tried the victim card and the " but you are the one i love" card and its going to get the student back next chapter. I call it.
