This is driving me insane!! WHY CAN'T THE TWO OF THEM JUST BE HAPPY?! Sometimes I'm Confused if Pei Zheng actually likes Yier or not, bc of how he acts.

    He likes him but the trauma makes him fucking stupid. Basically he can't fully express the truth to Yi-er because he thinks it'll make them vulnerable, so it's better if Yi-er hates him and feels something than to lose him entirely. I just want Yi-er to catch a break JFC
