Yes! I think he's known since the doctor came to help Hakyung with the fever in chapter 9. Yoonsung says "Want my help?" vs how are you feeling... but maybe that wig has real stay power and the Dr. skipped anatomy class, lol. (just a theory though)
I love this manhwa SO MUCH. the plot is so peculiar and interesting, and the construction is really good. I really wanted to see more present scenes tho, specially knowing how their relationship is developing, but i really do like the past scenes too, they’re so cute
btw i have the feeling that yoonsung already knew that hakyung was a man
