Hmmm, I wouldn't say so. The male lead does heavily pursue the female lead and takes advantage of her kindness with the downside of his power, but he doesn't really force her to have sex. He tries to treat her with respect bc he wants to win her heart too.

it honestly is still rapey even if she consented. i'm not entirely sure but he fucked her while they were on their way to his country and she seemed to be asleep. seducing her slowly when she clearly had no intention to even be in a relationship, much more a sex relationship is still rape. she tells him to stop because she wants to sleep already but he kept fucking her. that is rape.
her "consent" was instigated.
I remember the novel being so brutal about it, he carried her like a corpse while nobody knew. And in every opportunity he could find, he raped her while she is saying no and it was like that for a long long time.
Then turns out he could pass his power with other methods... UGH. WTH.
I guess the manhwa could make it softer since the average reader age is quite low.
The novel was super rapey, the question to the manhwa readers is: Is it still like that or did they change the story?
