I agree with you about the relationship progression. I feel like it could have been better if they stuck to each other more or if we saw some more doting randomly throughout instead of random hand holding and kissing without a good fuck scene. Maybe head pats or a falling asleeping scene. Ahhh

The beginning was intriguing but also made me worry a lot about our MC. But I did like the progression of the story UNTIL near the end of season 1 & the beginning of season 2. I don't know what happened, but the art style doesn't express the characters as much as before.
Maybe it's a different artists for season 2, but I DON'T find the seme's expression intimidating AT ALL anymore. I like comedy more than drama, but since the story started off with a more serious vibe, the comedy in season 2 killed any intensity and seriousness of the story imo.
They could've done a better job at developing the MC's and ML's relationship while the plot was still progressing. Season 1 is just wayyyyy more interesting and intriguing than season 2. The characters were also expressed better in season 1.
