17 isnt really as old as you think females brains fully develope at 25 and for males its in their early 30's. Once youre starting your 20's you'll realise why its weird to look at kids that way but for now just think whatever you want it doesnt really matter you'll change.
EXACTLYY people are forgetting that the maturity gap between a child and a teen is absolutely insane. 5 years isn't a lot ONLY when both of them are adults
it is ILLEGAL for over 18s to do anything sexual with under 18s for a reason. it doesn't matter how "small" the age gap may be, there is a huge maturity gap between even those under 18. even a 14 year old dating a 17 year old is seen as problematic because the difference in brain development and maturity is significant. however if a 20 year old and a 23 year old is dating there is absolutely no problem.

By definition this is shotcon cause it presents tsubaki in a suggestive manner and as an obvious role of attraction (obviously i know). I get that right now its not inherently sexual but the author is being really sleazy with the cover saying "Shota (seme) x Oni (uke)". People wouldnt look over this if it was vice versa because of the heteronormative gender roles between men and women. Its kind of nasty to think this is ok, the author made it very clear by the cover that the kid would be the one putting it in which is nasty to even suggest considering bro is 10 or 11. Reminds me of those cases where female teachers would sleep with younger boys and get off light cause they were women i.e. submissive and always the victim.
