Probably author had this end in mind for long time bc it was (for me) suspicious that the cover art have 2 male leads but every spot light was stolen by Blaine. And wtf happened before wedding that blondie had smug smile.
The "new" reincarnated story begans when she volunteered to gain trust of new male lead and her "friend" that she later snatched her man and killed him to switch bodies with this escaping princess disguised as butler (this story should be properly finished and explained too). Something like that if I remembered it correctly.
While I'm not a fan of this ship, it's nice that we get this for the other people who are. My only reasoning is that Blain (OG Ml) knows Bertha's evil personality and accepts it wholeheartedly. 2nd ML is lietrally too good for her. Blaine and Bertha are wickedly perfect for each other.
Though, I do see a possibility that can happen with 2nd ML that may never happen with Blaine. Bertha may be more willing to confess how she's not really Bertha and how she switched bodies, that's if 2nd ML confesses to the time regression first.
Now, does anyone know exactly at what point this chapter was? Bertha doesn't have anyone in her heart at this time, meaning Blaine and her haven't gone intimate yet? Orrrr? Kinda too lazy to search through chapters lmao.
