It’s actually quite common to UFC/MMA fighters who participate in a LOT of matches. It’s caused by blows or hits during their matches. Their ears get damaged causing distortion and auricular hematoma. So yeah, jaekyung, considering he’s been in a lot of matches, would have cauliflower ears.
Cauliflower ear. Its a build up of fluid under the skin and sometimes hardens if its not drained. Most MMA fighters get it. Stop overreacting lmaooo

Can someone explain why jaekyung's ears look like headphone pads? At first I thought the author couldn't draw ears, but then noticed everyone else's are normal. Is it a condition? Will it ever be addressed in the story cause it really bothers me. Why not give him normal ones????
