Wouldnt that be a little strange depending on context as if hes wating just until hes JUST 18 in order to get with him, i like the rejection troupe so much better just cause it doesnt feel like the love interest is one of those 'the law is the only shit holding me back' people. If he says 'lets wait until your older' hopefully he puts the appropriate distance between them and doesnt pursue tsubaki directly
You have a point. I just don't want Tsubaki to be sad if he gets rejected. I read two other mangas like this and in both mangas they waited until kids grew up so I was okay with that. As long as you're normal and understand what is right and wrong, then I don't see the problem in reading fictional stuff that are wrong and unrealistic. They might affect 12 year olds or simply stupid people, but we can't stop everyone like that from finding these stuff, right?
Its actually quite realistic if you think about it, I've seen situations in which much older people wait until their interest is legal and as soon as they are they latch onto them like a cockroach. Its almost like they feel entitled to affection because they waited until the child was legal, immoral behaviour knows no bounds . Obviously Yuu probably isnt like that considering his personality but i worry he'll turn into some sort of predator waiting for Tsubaki like he has a timer above his head. Too bad we cant keep dumbasses out of the website but i still think that an innapropraite relationship with a prepubscent child and a 17 yro shouldn't be romanticised. Im sure you agree...i dont have an issue with people reading this at all though, as long as it doesnt turn into a predatory and or pedophilic relationship i wont judge who reads it. Reading ficition while knowing its wrong is totally fine, im sure you didnt realise this but the way you phrased your sentence could be twisted to justify pedophilic material. 100% i know you dont support that, everyone always draws the line at child predators and pedophilia. Yuu isnt that, hes just very passive which is a problem in itself but right now isnt too much of a big feal. The issue is the authors intentions, people dont know where this is gonna go the cupcake route or not (god forbid
I'm Thai not American idk what you mean by I'm insecure by my own words? Does that even make sense. I'm having a conversation with you in a relief manner it's not meant to be insulting or anything like that. I wasn't trying to be so I don't understand why you seem aggressive now....I thought you wasn't that type of a loud person as you were speaking to me calmly before so I decided to speak like that to you...why you angry now?
And let me say this. You were speaking tome nicely so I spoke like that back? I like the way you spoke because we seem to be maturely talking. I just didn't understand why you said we couldn't rant bout the wrong part of this manga because it's a concern for us? And not everything is about you sorry to disappoint you about that. And what sympathy was I tryna gain? You know what that means right? I speak to people the way they speak to me or how they would speak your manner was just so calm thats why I spoke like that before but your just being angry now?
That's right, the issue is author's intention and not her characters. From what we've seen until now, Yuu isn't like that but if author keeps going like this.. it's gonna get so wrong. But I'm glad that you understand I don't support this irl. I'm just a girl who reads everything from innocent romance to sick toxic mangas. Idk why it's just fun

I read the worst possible shotacons but even I got a little awkward reading this because it was supposed to be pure.. I didn't expect it to go this way. However, let's keep in mind that the author is Japanese and mangas are mostly made in Japan, meaning there's all types of mangas there already. For them it's probably normal to see these stuff. I noticed it's always been a problem for non-Japanese readers when there's something questioning in a manga or anime, while Japanese people seem to know better how to make a boundary between fiction and reality. Yet we are the ones who took something from them and translated it.. so we shouldn't be complaining, especially because this was risky from the very beginning and you all still choose to give it a go
