Everytime they had sex, they had it with the consent of Doc Dan. And before they did it, it was clearly said to Dan that it was contract and doc knew what he was getting himself into and Dan himself said "yes".
I know Dan was in a difficult situation and the rough sex is a bit extreme however whatever they did, wherever they had sex was already said to Dan not to have any issue on that matter as per the contract. So I don't see how he's a rapist.

Well if you are allowed to think he is not a rapist when he clearly is then i am allowed to think he is a rapist regardless of what you say. Consent is something that can be retracted, im sure you know this right? Each time Jaekyung initiated sex with Dan it was consenual (im pretty sure) what turned it into rape came AFTER they had begun. Dan would often ask Jaekyung to stop, to wait or tell him thag he needs a break, these are indicators that show us Dan doesnt not want to continue, Jaekyung would always ignore Dans pleas and continue intercourse. That is now unwanted penetration which IS rape, its once the boundaries of "ok" and "stop" are crossed that Jaekyung. This doesn't even begin to cover his other violent sexual behaviours but i do want to make it clear that bound by contract or not Dan still deserves basic humanity.
