well they’re experimenting on them anyways so i don’t think it’s going to change anything if it injures the rat or not.
...Comment was for people's info IRL, the cartoon rats themselves aren't the problem??? People don't know this and hurt everything from grown rats to chinchillas and gerbils this way. A de-gloved tail is a serious injury, it's one of the most common things small pets get brought to the vet for. I was just bringing it up for pet safety.
Pls don't pick adult rats up by the tail like this fake 'professor' does in this webtoon. Anyone familiar with rats knows you can only gently pick up mice and baby rats by the tail. You will severely injure an adult rat this way, their tails can no longer support their full weight.
