I Don't know if you notice but despit the names the whole storyboards place in korea, and hyung literally translates as brother, they probably just translated everything literally as it wasn't the official translation
Yea i did notice and that's what makes it fucked up. It is an official translation though. These editors just think we're too stupid to deAl with foreign names but like i said, this sloppy and incoherent translation ruins the whole story and makes things absolutely weird

But seriously guys??? Is it a normal thing for you to have your Gabrielle friend call his Luke boyfriend BROTHER???
I tried to deal with the names and surnames not matching, the overall ambiance not matching a western country, and even the scene when Gabrielle was bullied as a kid for his name ( Holy fuck you ALL have western names so why ?! for the aaaargghhh well okay, alright) so yea, none of this makes sense.
But the BROTHER thing??? In which country exactly?! The hyung thing we got it, we all read manwha and a simple note makes the concept clear but that's too much.
I don't know how you anglophones call this but in french, it's called "la valee de l etrange" when something you see doesn't match what you hear/ feel/ read/ experience to the point of making you uncomfortable.
These half assed translations do this to me.
I can totally accept western names but it should at least fit in the story.
As for the ridiculous and inconsistent censorship up to ch 27 honestly... I don't know how far those editors would go to sell porn to kids.
Aside from that the story is ok even though there's no real plot, and the art is pretty and I'm sorry for the rant, but i know some people are itching to downvote now that the comments are back so go ahead xD
