How to upload raws

Hello! I am wondering if the same format is to be used when uploading a new manga but I only have the raws. I don't have the capabilities to translate and clean the manga that I have

But how do I upload now that imgur doesn't cater to albums anymore... And imgbox is blocked off in my country...
