Actually its quite possible for you to live with the bullet inside, your muscles adjust and grow around it like they would a lump or tumor, sometimes its better to leave it in because taking it out would cause quite a lot of blood loss, but yeah i get where your cooming from ╮(￣▽￣)╭

Also it wont cause infection because bullets become sterile when shot out from gun due to exterme heat!
Never thought of that. But as long as the wound was kept clean you'd avoid infection.
