
I think the romance could have added more if it wasn’t just tacked onto the end. Even tho I preferred the wizard dude she ended up with, I feel like it would have made more sense with the amount of chapters, to pair her with the og guy who killed her in their previous lives, (there was that history to build on) unless the author spent multiple chapters building a better base for the romance between the arch wizard and her. I did like that even tho the prince seemed like end game the realities of his sit weren’t glossed over. But this was one of those comics where the romance wasn’t the driving force for the plot.
…killing children and civilians in the US military. There’s literally terms drone operators use when they merc literal babies, it’s something like mowing the grass. It’s what the IDF says too when they kill Palestinian babies, but I guess that’s why the US and Israel are besties. Anyways I just started this and was completely taken out of the story by that. The author thinks to highly of our military leaders.
