I read the one you mentioned months ago so maybe I forgot thing but I think there no noise about those two because the only similarity is that the esper need a special guide if we take that part away, they are nothing alike
it's not bad per se. but it really has the same plot and even some dialogue lines with the other webtoon of the same trope. espers in need of guides. (if curious, the title is: Ordinary Lifestyle Of An Universal Guide) idk which of them came out first in terms of release so i wouldn't dare say plagiarism besides theres no noise about these two. anyway, my thoughts is that, i won't be reading this till the end.
